Jamie works with high-flying entrepreneurs, politicians and athletes to share the life changing power of breathwork. He is particularly interested in healing through altered states of consciousness and strongly believes breathwork is the most accessible, but powerful tool we have to create change in the world.

Battling years of chronic illness led James on a journey of exploring all types of healing modalities. It wasn’t until he discovered the connection between the mind and the body that symptoms began to ease. He now teaches thousands of people around the world how to use their breath to move into a more regulated, calm and resilient state.

Satori’s recovery from depression and the profound shifts she experienced through breathwork led her to write her undergraduate thesis on CCB, exploring how the nervous system shapes health and resilience. Alongside her client work, she has spent over a thousand hours teaching and mentoring new and experienced facilitators in nervous system-aware breathwork, bodywork, and emotional integration. She believes that reconnecting with the body’s wisdom is key to lasting health, vitality, and resilience.

Why we created Breathwork Mastery
Breathwork is becoming more popular, and with that popularity has come a surge in practitioner trainings. But many of these offerings are over-simplified, fast-tracked, and fragmented.
We’ve seen too many people entering the field without a grounded understanding of what they’re guiding others into.
We created the type of training we want to see more of: one that honours the complexity of this work and the responsibility it carries.
To guide others safely and skillfully, we need more than a single technique. We need a deep integration of functional breathing, nervous system health, and conscious connected breath. We need personal experience, relational awareness, and a respect for the human psyche.
This is our commitment: to offer a path of learning that holds the depth, rigour, and integrity this work deserves.
Working with Jamie has left me feeling less anxious, more clear-sighted and with a degree of inner peace I previously thought impossible. His calm, professional and empathetic manner always makes me feel really safe.
— Elizabeth Day, Novelist & Journalist
Every time I do James’ breathwork sessions they have such a profound impact on me. I feel like I’ve discovered a tool that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
— Jack Harries, Documentary Filmmaker
Answering any questions that you may have:
-
You don’t need extensive experience to begin Level One—just a genuine interest in the breath, the nervous system, and your own personal growth. We’ll guide you from the foundations up.
However, to join Level Two, we ask that you’ve completed at least 10 Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) sessions beforehand with a range of facilitators. This ensures that you’re familiar with the territory of altered states and have built the inner capacity to navigate them with care and curiosity.
If you're unsure whether your experience qualifies, feel free to reach out—we're happy to assess this on a case-by-case basis.
-
